Character - Design

Here is the model sheet of SID. He is scratched and rusted due to the metal being from a scrap heap and exposure to the elements. He has circuitry on his back to allow for his movements and thought processes. He can be charged via the plug socket located on his right upper body. His long fingers are able to carry large weight despite his frail figure.

I chose some saturated colours to fit within the post-apocalyptic scenes. It's not exactly going to be bright and happy. A brown/yellow colour was used partially for camouflage in sandy regions while also showing exposure to this element.
Above is SIDs emotion sheet. Notice how he has no mouth to communicate with as said in a previous post (Much like Wall-E). Instead he uses eyelids and eyebrows to show emotions. This was challenging as some emotions share the same muscles so I had to edit the placement of the features to simulate it differently.
